At about 8.40pm last night (Saturday 26 December 2020) Tasmania Police and Ambulance Tasmania officers responded to a 000 call reporting a death at a property in Wellington St, Launceston.
Despite CPR efforts by a witness and attending officers the 49 year old female died at the scene.

The premises is situated on the east side of Wellington Street, between Balfour and Frankland Streets.
