Police search for person responsible for throwing rocks

Around 6.55pm a large rock was thrown through the window of a bus travelling on Carlton Beach Road which had community members on board.

“These types of incidents cause significant distress to the community and I urge anyone with information to come forward.”

Anyone with information in relation to the rock throwing, or suspicious activity in the vicinity of Tarana Street or Arnott Street is asked to contact police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 1800 333 000.
